FAQ
Q: Can you make me a custom holster?
A: Yes.  Use the contact form.  We will be adding a special form for custom orders soon.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer USPS First Class, for 5 dollars, Priority for 9 and UPS Ground for 10.  We suggest using UPS as their pickup window allows us to ship later in the day and they do not typically have delays like USPS has been having lately.  We can also do FEDEX, overnight, or whatever you need if you’re willing to pay for that.  Use the contact form to make special arrangements.

Q: Where are you located?  
A: We are located in Philadelphia, PA.  We do not have a storefront and do not allow local pickups.  Even if you live here, the product will be shipped to you.  Dead drops and deliveries can be arranged for a fee.

Q: Can you design something for me?
A: Yes, we do some 3D design work and web design.  Use the contact form to inquire.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied simply return within 7 days and we will refund the purchase price of the holster. Shipping charges are not refunded. If the holster should ever fail under normal use (which it should not, but anything is possible), we will repair or replace it for a fee to cover shipping and materials less than the cost of a new holster.  Use the contact form to initiate a return or repair.  We pride ourselves in making sure that all of our products are 100% before they leave, if we mess something up making your holster we start over, however these are hand made items not made on CNC machines and there may be occasional slight cosmetic differences.
