Q: Can you make me a custom holster?
A: Yes. Use the contact form. Be as specific as possible.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer USPS First Class, Priority, and UPS Ground. We can also do FEDEX, overnight, or whatever you need. Use the contact form to make special arrangements.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Philadelphia, PA. We do not have a storefront and do not allow local pickups. Even if you live here, the product will be shipped to you.
Returns/Replacements
We offer free replacements if there is an issue with your holster. Please note that holsters are made by hand, no CNC equipment is involved, so there may be slight differences holster to holster, but all function and perform as designed. All holsters are test fitted and tuned when they leave, but we have been known to occasionally make a mistake. Please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation promptly. We know the frustration of things not being 100% right.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied simply initiate return within 7 days and we will refund the purchase price of the holster. Shipping charges are not refunded. If the holster should ever fail under normal use (which it should not, but anything is possible), we will repair or replace it for a fee to cover shipping and materials less than the cost of a new holster.
