Q: Can you make me a custom holster?
A: Yes.  Use the contact form.  We will be adding a special form for custom orders… eventually.  Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow… but some day.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer USPS First Class, Priority, and UPS Ground.  We can also do FEDEX, overnight, or whatever you need if you’re willing to pay extra.  Use the contact form to make special arrangements.

Q: Where are you located?  
A: We are located in Philadelphia, PA.  We do not have a storefront and do not allow local pickups.  Even if you live here, the product will be shipped to you.

Q: Can you design something for me?

We offer free replacements if there is an issue with your holster.  Please note that holsters are made by hand, no CNC equipment is involved, so there may be slight differences holster to holster, but all function and perform as designed.  All holsters are test fitted and tuned when they leave, but we have been known to occasionally make a mistake.  Please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation promptly.  We know the frustration of things not being 100% right.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied simply initiate return within 7 days and we will refund the purchase price of the holster. Shipping charges are not refunded. If the holster should ever fail under normal use (which it should not, but anything is possible), we will repair or replace it for a fee to cover shipping and materials less than the cost of a new holster.  Use the contact form to initiate a return or repair.  We pride ourselves in making sure that all of our products are 100% before they leave, if we mess something up making your holster we start over, however these are hand made items not made on CNC machines and there may be occasional slight cosmetic differences.
